ETV provides up to $5,000 per academic year to current and former foster youth for school-related expenses. Participating students work with a Student Advisor and receive campus-based coaching and financial assistance.

If you need to have a repair person or other visitors in your home, combine fresh air with strategies like wearing a mask and staying 6 feet apart to slow the spread of Covid-19:
- Open doors and windows
- Place a fan near an open window or door, blowing outside.
- Turn on the exhaust fans in your bathroom and kitchen. Keep them running for 1 hour after the visit to remove virus particles.
Outdoor recreational fires include campfires, bonfires, fire pits, and grills. These are fun to use, but use caution so that the fire you make doesn’t get out of hand.
It’s important to start outdoor fires in a place that has been cleared of all flammable material, such as weeds or grass, so that it can’t spread. It’s also important to have a bucket of water or a hose nearby.
Finally, make sure there are no more glowing embers before walking away from the fire. Remember, never leave a fire unattended—and glowing embers are fire.

On Thursday, January 7, 2021 the Quechan Tribal Council delivered COVID-19 Care Kits to tribal families. This event was held at the QHA sub-division.
The care kits included COVID-19 information, temperature record card, symptom checker, pill organizer, pulse oximeter, masks, and a digital thermometer.
Additional distributions are planned and announced here.

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - It's a unique take on ancient tribal traditions.
The "Heroes United" exhibit, currently on display at the Yuma Art Center features the work of Charles Escalanti. Ecalanti, whose moniker is Magnus Titanium, is a freelance artist and a council member of the indigenous Quechan tribe in Yuma. Through his art, he wants to represent his tribe's culture and rich history with a modern twist.

Every Tuesday from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM – SPVUSD will now be serving 7 days’ worth of breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Your children do not need to be with you.
• Students can pick up their own meals as long as they are wearing masks. • We can serve any children in the community who are 0-18. If a student is enrolled at San Pasqual and is 19, they will be served.
• Service will be at 4 locations:

• Please wear a mask when picking up meals. • You will be asked how many children are in your family.
• Please remember:
o Cold Food: Refrigerate as soon as possible or within 2 hours maximum.
o Frozen Foods: Place in freezer immediately
o Cooking Instructions: Remove packaging and cook in microwave or oven until 165 degrees. Follow all cooking instructions on packaging.
