Does your pet need to be spayed or neutered? Do you need the initial shots for your new dog or cat? Quechan Fish and Game and Quechan Housing are proud to announce the third spay and neuter clinic for the Quechan community!
Thursday, April 18, 2019 and Friday, April 19, 2019.
At the Ironwood Community Center: 603 Ironwood Terrace, Winterhaven, CA 92283
Dog surgeries by appointment. Vaccinations 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Cat surgeries by appointment. Vaccinations 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
There will also be a FREE vaccine clinic that provides initial shots to cats and dogs including rabies. No appointment required and walk-ups will be allowed.
If you would like to schedule an appointment for a spay or neuter service, contact Fish and Game at (760) 572-0544 . But hurry! Space is limited for surgeries and an appointment is required; walk-ups will not be allowed. If you have a pet carrier, don't forget to bring it!
Spaying and neutering will:
- Help reduce companion animal overpopulation.
- Increase your cat or dog's chance of a longer and healthier life.
- Help reduce the your pet's urge to roam and decrease the risk of contracting diseases or getting hurt as they roam
Let's work together to keep our community safe for us and our pets.
Registering your with Quechan Animal Control is a requirement to receive spay and neuter services.
