The Quechan Parks and Recreation department presents the 2023 Halloween Carnival on Saturday, October 21, 2023 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm.
There will be a costume contest, pumpkin carving contest, jumpers, mechanical bull, rock climbing, and more.
Free entry, free food and drinks, and free candy.
