Thunderstorm Chances Peak Today and Wednesday with Minor Risk of Impacts

Thunderstorm chances increased through Wednesday (30-70% chance in Arizona).  Storms this afternoon may have localized damaging winds, small hail, and isolated flooding (5% chance).  A few lingering stronger storms possible near and east of Phoenix Wednesday.  Near normal temperatures most of the week with dry conditions the latter half of the week.

CHANGES FROM PREVIOUS BRIEFING

Removed Moderate HeatRisk today and added Minor Thunderstorm risk to Phoenix Metro area Wednesday.
