PHASE II HIGH SPEED INTERNET EXPANSION

PHASE 2 EXPANSION – With the success and community support of the first project, TDS is expanding underground Highspeed Internet to more residents on Arnold and Picacho Roads! This notice is to inform you that the project “Right of Entry” forms must be filled out so surveyors can design the project.

** IMPORTANT:
RIGHT OF ENTRY FORMS MUST BE FILLED OUT AND RETURNED FOR THE PROJECT TO MOVE FORWARD – CALL (505) 208-0260 FOR ASSISTANCE.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Q: What is a “Right of Entry” for?
A: A “Right of Entry” is a form that simply allows surveyors and appraisers to walk on your land, with your approval. A “Right of Entry” is temporary and can be revoked at any time.
Q: Who needs to sign a “Right of Entry” form?
A: Anyone who has interest in the Phase II allotments along Arnold and Picacho Roads.
Q: Where will the underground fiber go and what needs to be surveyed?
A: The edge of the existing road. There will be no impact to the use of your land or crops. Cables and other wires already exist in this area, a new one just needs to be added!
Q: Who pays for the project?
A: TDS and grant money from the State of California is paying for the project. If the project is not completed, that grant money will be lost. Use it or lose it!
Q: I want reliable highspeed internet! What can I do to help the expansion project go forward?
A: The project cannot move forward without “Right of Entry” forms. If you have received a Right of Entry form or know somebody who has – encourage them to return the form!
