Prolonged Heat Wave Through Much Of This Week/Storm Chances Increase

Long-duration excessive heat event likely to cause continued public health impacts with Major to Extreme

• Extended the Excessive Heat Warning through Friday for the lower deserts.
• Extended the Excessive Heat Warning through Wednesday for areas including Superior and San Carlos.
• Blowing Dust Advisory issued for this afternoon and evening for portions of northwest Pinal County
