Flood Watch Through This Evening | Some Strong to Severe Storms Possible Today

Rain chances further increase today with a greater threat for flash flooding. Flood Watches are in effect or much of the area today.
Some strong to severe storms will also be possible during the afternoon and evening. The primary threat will be damaging winds with some small hail possible.
Chances for thunderstorms linger Saturday before drier, warmer conditions set in for the start of next week.

Issued a Flood Watch for much of southeast California beginning at noon and continuing until midnight.
