Free Membership To Wellness Center For Students
Effective February 13, 2020, The San Pasqual Valley Unified School District and The Fort Yuma Wellness Center agreed to provide ALL San Pasqual Middle School, High School, Bill Manes, and Community Day School (CDS) students a membership to The Fort Yuma Wellness Center, paid for by SPVUSD.
San Pasqual students must provide a Wellness Center Consent form signed by parent/guardian and one (1) of the following:
• A report card showing student’s name and current school year.
• Copy of current student I.D.
• OR A signed letter from S.P. office stating student is enrolled for current school year.
