KUAV 105.1 FM will have a live stream on their Facebook page on Saturday, January 16, 2021 from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Singers included are Lyman Golding, Preston Arrow Weed, Larry Hammond, Quechan Youth, and Hubert McCord.
A day of healing and prayer to remind ourselves to be grateful not just for friends and family, but also for all those who share this land with us. Perhaps its a day to look past our differences with our fellow Quechans and understand than we are more alike than different. Our goal is to preserve and promote tribal values, norms, cultural tradition, beliefs, and knowledge.
This event is supported by the Quechan Tribal Council.
The Quechan Triabl Council will continue to follow the CDC guidelines by implementing strategies to encourage behaviors that reduce the spread of COVID-19.
